Shipping.

For all orders shipping outside of Europe, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, I am unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note that Sybille Paulsen is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees, I suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Versand.

Der Versand in Länder außerhalb der EU ist auf Anfrage möglich. Die kosten für den Versand trägt der Kunde, außerdem die Kosten für evtl. anfallende Zoll- und Überweisungsgebühren.

Returns.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND NONREFUNDABLE

My products are artworks. They are handcrafted and made to order. They are unique and thus certified (authentification certificate from the designer). There is, therefore, no right to return or exchange, provided the object is according the ordered features in size, design, and color, including slight variations due to handcrafting. 

Sybille Paulsens Objekte sind Kunstobjekte. Sie werden in reiner Handarbeit und nur auf Bestellung gefertigt. Es sind Unikate und werden entsprechend zertifiziert (Seriennummer und Echtheitszertifikat des Designers). Ein Rückgabe- oder Umtauschrecht besteht nicht. 

Force Majeur.

Events outside Sybille Paulsen's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Sybille Paulsen is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. An example of such events is government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
