All products are made to order and not refundable.

My products are artworks. They are handcrafted and made to order. They are unique and thus certified (authentification certificate from the designer). There is, therefore, no right to return or exchange, provided the object is according the ordered features in size, design, and color, including slight variations due to handcrafting. 

Sybille Paulsens Objekte sind Kunstobjekte. Sie werden in reiner Handarbeit und nur auf Bestellung gefertigt. Es sind Unikate und werden entsprechend zertifiziert (Seriennummer und Echtheitszertifikat des Designers). Ein Rückgabe- oder Umtauschrecht besteht nicht. 

Payment.

All products remain Sybille Paulsen's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Sybille Paulsen's Store.

All transfers conducted through Sybille Paulsen's Store are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Delivery Period.

Upon receipt of the payment, I will begin production. Delivery periods are quoted from the receipt of payment. The delivery period is between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on the object and order situation. For individual delivery periods, please contact Sybille Paulsen directly. 

Nach Zahlungseingang beginne ich mit der Produktion. Die genannten Lieferzeiten beginnen ab Zahlungseingang. Die Lieferzeit beträgt zwischen 4 und 12 Wochen, je nach Objekt und Auftragslage. Die individuellen Lieferzeiten können Sie direkt bei Sybille Paulsen erfragen.
